Eliminate Dog Barking
Are you having difficulty getting your dog to stop barking at every other dog that walks by? The mailman? Have you found that yelling is either not working at all or only getting him to stop momentarily? Many dog owners encounter this problem. It's normal for dogs to bark.
But they can learn to be quiet. One way to achieve this is by pairing up something they will not like, such as an irritating ultrasonic sound, with their barking. Learning by association, dogs soon pick up on the connection between their bark and the sound. This leads them to decrease their barking.
Mount the Bark Solver on walls inside or outside and stop barking within a 25 feet radius. Bark Solver automatically activates in response to barking and emits either ultrasonic or audible sounds (as selected by owner). It can be used indoors or outdoors and may be adjusted to respond to a range of barking noise, from low level to loud.
Product Benefits
- Great alternative to electronic training collars. Ideal for use in breeding kennels and multiple-dog homes.
- Safe and painless for dogs. Reduces barking levels because they dislike the ultrasonic sounds that are emitted in response to their barking.
- Adjustable sensitivity switch allows you to pinpoint the right level for your dog's barking volume so that it responds to the barking volume that you want to eliminate.
- Automatically triggered - can handle barking problems that occur when you aren't home.
- No collar required - some dogs will pick up on the bark collar's noise only occurring when it's being worn.Since this is an all-in-one unit, the sound is present whenever you choose. This helps modify the behavior all the time, instead of only when the bark collar is on.
- Also a good suggestion for neighbors whose dog has a barking problem that's driving you crazy.
Product Disadvantages
- The ultrasonic sound will be emitted when any dog barks. In a multiple dog household, one dog's bark will initiate the sound and the other dogs will hear it despite not barking.
- As with any aversive technique, particularly sensitive dogs may react to the noise by shutting down. This is not a common response, but dog owners whose dogs are known to overreact should use caution when employing negative stimuli. As a general rule of thumb, if your dog bounces back fine from being sternly told to "be quiet," then he should be fine with the Bark Solver.
